Through the end of August, active members will be able to apply for benefit amounts up to $250,000 based on their age on a "Simplified Issue" basis. If you can accurately answer "No" to 5 easy health questions, you're qualified!

Here are some highlights of this special offering:

    "Simplified Issue" basis - locks the rates in for 10 years.
  • Life Insurance Coverage Amounts:
    Members under Age 40 - $250,000;
    Ages 40 to 49 - $150,000;
    and Ages 50 to 59 - $100,000.
